Shanghai ShenZhouDaTong CPAs (“SZDT” hereafter) is a professional CPA firm providing audit, tax and advisory services. SZDT is qualified to deliver auditing service for large and medium-sized enterprises and financial institutions. Meanwhile SZDT is one of the first Shanghai CPA firms designated by Shanghai Judicial Administration for judicial audit.

SZDT was one of the ten accrediting agencies for delivery of judicial audit appointed by Shanghai Superior People's Court.

SZDT was ranked top 100 Chinese CPAs firms by China Institute of Certified Public Accountants in 2009.

SZDT has more than 100 professionals, which includes about 50 Chartered Public Accountants, and 10 Chartered Public Valuers or Chartered Tax Agents. We have about 20 senior accountants and staffs holding master’s degree. A couple of staff members can speak a second language such as English, Japanese or Korean.

We headquarter in Shanghai and have many professionals working in Shanghai and branch offices in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Zhangjiang Hi-tech Park, Pudong Software Park, Songjiang Industrial Park, and Kunshan.
