The second board meeting of stockholders and board of supervisors was held on September 21, 2009.
SHEN Wei, REN Hua, LI Hui, YANG Lewei, LIU Youqin, XU Kang, and ZHANG Hui were voted as board members. SHEN Wei was elected as Managing Director.
FAN Qiming, DUAN Lianhong, and HUANG Zhenming were voted as the supervisors. Duan Lianhong was elected as president of supervisory board.
REN Hua, LI Hui, and YANG Lewei were employed as Deputy Chief CPAs.
XU Kang was employed as Assistant to Chief CPA.
